- Q) Is this service only for registered charities.
- A) No. Any voluntary, community and not-for-profit organisation can apply.
- Q) Are there any hiddden costs.
- A) No, though there may be charges for a personalised domain name and email address which are outside our control.
- Q) Our group meets at evenings / weekends. Can we contact you then.
- A) Yes. When available we will answer your call but there is also an answerphone for you to leave your number.
- Q) Can you help us to get trained volunteers.
- A) We can point you in the right direction. Some suggestions have been made on the IT LINKS page which should help.
- Q) Can we get help with non-ict resources / office equipment.
- A) Yes. We also hope to establish a database of resources which can be shared between groups.
- Q) Can you explain how ICT can reduce our admin costs.
- A) Yes. For instance, a newsletter that is printed out and posted requires paper, ink, an envelope and postage. An on-line newsletter needs none of these.
